5.7.1 Delivery not authorized, message refused
The sender is not allowed to send to this destination, because of a per-host or per-recipient filter (blocklists, anti-spam rules, restrictions).
- Class: Permanent failure
Class 5: a permanent failure. Resending the same message will not help: something about the message, the sender or the destination must change (RFC 3463 §3.1). The registry says this code is only useful as a permanent failure.
- Subject: X.7 · Security and policy
Policies (per-host or per-recipient filters) and cryptographic operations; up to the sender, the recipient or both.

Invalid credentials for relay ip-address. The IP address you've registered in your Workspace SMTP Relay service doesn't match the domain of the account this email is being sent from. If you are trying to relay email from a domain that isn't registered under your Workspace account or has empty envelope-from:, you must configure your email server either to use SMTP AUTH to identify the sending domain or to present one of your domain names in the HELO or EHLO command.
Google Workspace's SMTP relay did not recognise the sender: the IP address or the HELO and MAIL FROM domains do not match the relay's configuration.
