The service
exim.ro offers free e-mail diagnostic tools: a DNS record check, a blocklist check, a header analyzer and an SMTP server check, with explanatory guides. By using the site you accept these terms.
Permitted use
The tools are meant for diagnosing e-mail configuration. You may not use them for unlawful purposes, to overload this site or other people's servers, or to get around the request limits (for example with several addresses or with automated bulk queries).
The SMTP check connects to the mail servers of the domain you enter, as a server delivering mail would, but never sends a message. We may refuse or block access that breaks these rules.
Results
Results show what DNS servers, blocklists and mail servers answered at the time of the check. They can be affected by network errors, caching or lists that do not answer. The explanations and guides are for information and do not replace professional advice; verify before changing production configurations.
Availability
The service is provided "as is", without any warranty that it will run uninterrupted, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, limit or stop any tool or page at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for damage resulting from using or being unable to use the site, or from decisions based on its results. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and does not affect your rights as a consumer.
Third-party data and sites
Part of the results come from third parties: the DNS blocklists queried (for example Spamhaus or SpamCop) and the DNS and mail servers checked. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Site content
The site's texts, guides and design belong to the operator. You may quote short passages with the source and share links to results; any other reproduction needs our consent.

Joining the waiting list creates no contract and no obligation for us to launch the service. We write to you once, when it opens; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of its last update; using the site after a change means accepting the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are first settled amicably, then by the competent courts in Romania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
